Returns and Exchanges Policy

Unfortunately, we do offer returns on our products, however, we do offer exchanges on full price items within 14 days, starting from the product's day of delivery. The items must be in the original packaging with all other additions sent originally, as well as being unworn and/or unused. Any signs of wear and/or neglect with result in items being rejected for a return and will be returned to the recipients address used at the time of the order.

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us via out customer service email  - houseofemjelly@gmail.com. There it will be advised how to commence the exchange with information like return address etc.

All cost of shipping back to the sender are liable with the customer only. It is strongly recommended that you attain and keep your proof of postage when sending the item back for an exchange, and doing this via a tracked service. House of Emjelly ware not responsible for loss of goods.
